What is staging?
Staging is the art of showcasing your home through strategic placement of furniture and accessories with a broad appeal.  It portrays an ideal lifestyle that is move-in ready.

Why do I need to stage my house before I put it on the market?
Staging helps your home stand out from the rest of the houses on the market.  The result of a home staging accentuates the positive features of the house while it down plays the less than perfect.

Are there any statistics to prove staging works?
National statistics show that a staged home sells in half the time and for 5% more than the non-staged home.  76% of realtors recommend that your home be staged before it goes on the market.  The cost of staging a home for selling yields a substantial return on your investment. ** Statistics from Brooke Furniture Rentals

How much will it cost to stage my home?
A home with existing furniture and the family still living there starts around $275.  Cost will vary depending on the amount of furniture and accessory items that may be needed or pre-packed.  A high end staging can cost as much as $6000 if furniture needs to be rented and depending on how much painting, cleaning, and packing and repairs will be required during the "pre-stage."  The homeowners can save a lot of money if they are willing to do some of the "pre-stage" work.

If I have a limited budget, can I still use a Professional Stager?
Absolutely!  If your budget is modest, it is even more important that you avoid making purchasing error.  A two-hour consultation can save you literally thousands of dollars by insuring that you get the biggest impact for your staging dollar.
